During this comprehensive leadership summit, you will learn the skills critical to the success of all leaders such as how to communicate to connect, using failure as means for growth, managing your time to increase productivity, understanding the essentials of delegation, and more! This is the Leadership event of the year. You will not want to miss the opportunity to increase your leadership skills and influence in and outside of the League!
Discussion at the summit will be facilitated by Tracy Prabhu, a John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer who helps individuals in the profit, nonprofit and entrepreneur sector to increase their leadership skills. Tracy is a passionate leader known for motivating and leading individuals to achieve their professional and personal goals. She is an excellent communicator with the ability to inspire and engage audiences of all sizes. With an eye towards strategic planning and team building she has lead numerous teams and projects thru the delivery of key initiatives. Tracy has been a member for 14 years in 4 Junior Leagues and is currently an active member of JL Boston where she serves as EVP Elect. Since joining her first League in 2005, Tracy has served in many leadership roles including President of the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Membership Vice President, Community Vice President and a variety of chair positions.
This training is intended for all members of The Junior League of Portland, ME and is open to non-members in the Portland community as well. It is particularly focused on those who currently have a leadership position or who would like to apply for a leadership position in the future.
